Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By registering for OneSource courses, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not register for courses via our website.
Payment for all course registrations must be received prior to attendance of course. Seats in courses will not be secure until payment has been received.
Authorization to Charge Credit Card
By submitting your credit card information for course registration, you are authorizing OneSource Professional Training Group, LLC. to charge your credit card for the amount of your course. You also warrant that you are authorized to accept this charge and will not hold OneSource liable in any manner. Furthermore, by registering via our website, you agree to pay any cancellation charges should you decide to cancel your registration for any reason. Finally in the event that you credit card is rejected, for any reason, you agree to cooperate with OneSource to provide valid credit card information before registration is confirmed.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 15 business days of an event will incur a reschedule fee of 50% of the price of the course(s) you have registered for. Thsi fee cannot be applied to the course registration fee nor can it be utilized as a credit toward the purchase of future services or course registrations. Cancellation fees do not apply to free events. We reserve the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of this happening, cancellation fees do not apply.
Any unused pre-payments for courses will be refunded by a written request to email@example.com. Otherwise, all pre-payments are held as credits that need to be used within one year from the date the funds are received by OneSource. Unused funds after one year will be forfeited by you. Refunds are fulfilled by check within 30 days of written request and are made payable to the organization or individual that is has submitted payment.
